Twix Cake


This cake has four layers of rich vanilla buttermilk cake, filled with caramel Swiss meringue buttercream and chopped twix candy bars. The outside is frosted with dark chocolate ganache, topped with caramel, and garnished with more twix bars.

Chocolate and Dulce de Leche Swirl Cake


I've been wanting to do a swirled frosting cake for a while. Four layers of vanilla almond buttermilk cake filled with swirled chocolate ganache and dulce de Leche buttercream. It makes a beautiful effect, and tastes so delicious!


Kouign Amann


These pastries, pronounced koo-WEEN ah-MON, are from Brittany, France. Croissant dough is coated with sugar, folded into the special flower shape, and baked in pastry rings. The result is a rich, buttery, flaky, caramelized confection that is wonderfully delicious. 

Blood Orange Tart


Blood oranges are in season right now, and they're definitely worth seeking out. With their deep red flesh, they are so dramatic. Their flavor is just like a normal orange, with a hint of pomegranate. This tart has a pate brisee crust, filled with vanilla bean pastry cream, topped with segments of blood orange and glazed with a blood orange caramel. Truly unique and delicious. 

Chocolate Strawberry Cake


For this cake, I wanted to try the "naked" style, but make it look elegant instead of how it usually looks - unfinished and rough. Three layers of strawberry cake each edged in dark chocolate ganache, then filled with strawberry milk chocolate ganache. Then it is drizzled with strawberry reduction. It truly tastes like a chocolate dipped strawberry in cake form. 

Pink and Gold Anniversary Cake


This cake was for my mother and father in law's 50th wedding anniversary. The bottom tier was my mother in law's favorite: chocolate cake with milk chocolate frosting. The middle tier was vanilla buttermilk cake with salted caramel French buttercream, and the top tier was red velvet cake with raspberry cream cheese frosting. 

All three tiers were covered in a shiny chocolate ganache glaze, then decorated with ribbon, lace, and sculpted gumpaste flowers. 






Chocolate Dipped Orange Cardamom Shortbreads


Orange and cardamom are a classic Indian combination, and it is so delicious. I added cardamom and orange oil to my shortbread recipe, baked them, and then coated the tops in dark chocolate. 

Orange Passionfruit Cheesecake


I used a new low oven baking method to bake this ultra creamy cheesecake, swirled with an orange and passionfruit coulis. 

Baby Shower Cake


This cake had 4 layers of rich chocolate cake, with green, blue, and chocolate frostings between layers. Decorated with gumpaste butterflies and a molded baby with a blanket. 

Salted Caramel Brownie Torte


Rich, fudgy brownie topped with homemade caramel, chocolate drizzle, and flaked sea salt. 

Mini Cupcake Assortment


These mini cupcakes were for a wedding reception. I made 2 dozen of each flavor: red velvet with cream cheese, vanilla with salted caramel, lemon with raspberry, chocolate orange with cream cheese frosting, and chocolate with chocolate frosting. 

Meyer Lemon and Wild Blueberry Bundlettes


I got a beautiful mini bundt pan for Christmas, and decided to try it out with these fantastic Meyer lemon and wild Maine blueberry bundlettes. Meyer lemons are in season in the winter, and they are worth seeking out. Frozen wild Maine blueberries are also much better for baking, as they have a lot more flavor than their larger domestic counterparts. 

Chocolate Orange Cake


My rich chocolate cake with orange zest and orange oil in the batter, with cream cheese frosting and mini chocolate curls and orange zest on top.  This is one of my favorite cakes. It is extremely delicious!

Rainbow Confetti Mustache Cake


My sister loved the funfetti box cake as a child. "The one with the dots!" was her annual request. So, I made her a homemade version, using my delicious vanilla buttermilk cake with lots of rainbow sprinkles mixed in.  Frosted with chocolate ganache, with a modeling chocolate rainbow tie dye mustache to decorate. 

Macaron Assortment


Vanilla macaron shells filled with french buttercreams in vanilla bean, raspberry, salted caramel, and chocolate. With a crisp outer shell, a soft interior, and the creamy buttercream, macarons are an amazing experience of flavor and texture that's like nothing else. Plus, they are made with almond flour, so they are naturally gluten free. 

Gingered Pear and Cranberry Galette


Flaky, buttery pie crust enfolding a gingered cranberry and pear filling. The tart pop of cranberry goes so well with the sweet pears, and the ginger adds a warmth that accents the flavors perfectly.
